Former captain Nitish Rana and Dhruv Shorey want to leave Delhi

Nitish Rana and Dhruv Shorey have applied for a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the DDCA to play for other states during the upcoming domestic season. DDCA joint secretary Rajan Manchanda confirmed the development and promised a patient hearing for both cricketers.
