Pat Cummins the hero as Australia beat Pakistan

Pat Cummins' 10-wicket haul, including 5-49 in the second innings, led Australia to a 79-run victory over Pakistan, clinching the Test series. Pakistan fought hard in their chase of 317 but were dismissed for 237, with the last five wickets falling for 18 runs. Shan Masood, Agha Salman, and Babar Azam played well, but Cummins proved to be the chief destroyer. The highest-ever successful fourth innings run chase at the Melbourne Cricket Ground remains at 332-7 by England in 1928. The final Test will be in Sydney.
