Afghanistan trio allowed to play in franchise leagues

The Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) has announced that bowlers Mujeeb Ur Rahman, Fazalhaq Farooqi, and Naveen Ul Haq have been allowed to participate in franchise leagues. The decision comes with new regulatory measures, including a salary deduction and a warning, to reinforce the players' commitment to national duty.
