Shamsi raises questions over IPL's two bouncers per over rule

South African spinner Tabraiz Shamsi questioned whether similar consideration would be given to aiding spinners through potential rule changes as well. This IPL season marks the first time ever that two bouncers are permitted per over. The International Cricket Council (ICC) had increased the number of bouncers allowed in ODIs to two per over in 2012, but it remained at one for T20Is.
