On this day in 1955: Lowest score in Test cricket history was registered

On March 28, 1955, New Zealand cricket suffered a historic low at Eden Park, Auckland, as they scored only 26 runs against England. Despite John Reid's efforts, the team collapsed from 154 for 4 to 200 all out. In their second innings, New Zealand faced a disastrous collapse, amassing just 26 runs in 27 overs.
